1. Create a new layer. Click on the square, or menu, choose Layer> New> Layer ... 
2. Pencil or Brush tool. In the vertical tool bar, choose the pencil tool to draw lines from the edges, brush lines blurred.
3. On the Options Bar choose the width in pixels of linea.4. In the color you choose the color of the line. 5. Activate the new blank layer. Click the point where the line should begin. 6.
